The belt table, in combination with the automatic cutter, is the ideal solution for fast and tension-free handling of the mattress from the spreading area to the cutter.

With the same features as the standard table

Adjustable legs and surface made of faced fiber

The legs are only 75 cm apart and have height-adjustable feet. The work surface is 3 cm thick and is made of melamine-faced fiber edged with ABS.

Common rails for all tables

Rails are also common to all tables and are inserted on both sides of the table for sliding the spreader and on one side for sliding the operator platform.

Conveyorized mat

The table comes with a conveyorized mat and complete with electrical part and motor for sliding the fabric.

Perfect spreading and cutting

The mat is synchronized with the automatic cutter for perfect unwinding of the material and insertion within the automatic cutter in sync with the feed rate of the automatic cutter, all for perfect material spreading and cutting.

Accessories

Tables are supplied with control buttons, fabric presence sensors, and a switchboard.
